How do I sign up?

To sign up, click on the "Sign Up" button in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

After you sign up, you will be prompted to enter your address and shipping information. 


**NOTE**

Please note that if your shipping country is Russia, you would also need to enter later some information required for customs clearance. 

We will not be able to ship your packages to you or process your Buy For Me requests without this information.

How do I log in to my account?


Click the "Login" button in the upper right-hand corner of the website:





Then enter your email address and password.





**NOTE** 


After you enter your password, you'll have the option to remain logged into DELIVERED. 

Please do not select this option if you are accessing delivered.co.kr on a shared or public computer.

 

How do I access and/or change my account information?


After you've signed in to DELIVERED, click on the "account settings" button. From there you can change your password, address, phone number, and etc.




How do I change or recover my password?

If you're logged in to DELIVERED, click on the "account settings" button.

 



From there, scroll down until you see the "security settings" section. You will be able to change your password and/or security question and answer by clicking the relevant button.




If you forgot your password, go to delivered.co.kr and click "login" on the upper right part of the page. Then, click the "Forgot password?" link.





Once the page loads, just enter the email address associated with your DELIVERED account, and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.



 



Can I start using my Korean mailing address immediately after I sign up?

Yes, once you receive your address it's ready to use! 


Please ensure that all of your shipments include your complete DELIVERED address information, including your suite number!

If you forget to include your suite number when ordering from a merchant, let us know.


**NOTE**

Forgetting to include your suite number will delay processing time.

How will DELIVERED know a package is mine?

As soon as you register, we'll assign you a suite number (which you can find by visiting your account page). When you ship a package to DELIVERED, please include your DELIVERED suite number along with your name and our address. An example may look like this:

Once a package arrives, your suite number is all we need to know it's yours. Once we process your package, you'll receive an automated email letting you know!


Is my DELIVERED suite number a PO Box?

No Your address here is not a PO Box. 

Many sellers don't ship to PO Boxes because FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. won't deliver to PO Boxes. 


Can DELIVERED ship to multiple locations?

Yes, you can add as many shipping addresses as you'd like!


To add another ship-to address to your account, click on "Account Settings," then select the "My Address" tab. Once there, click the "Add New Address" button.





A box will appear where you can enter your new address information. Once you have entered the information, click "Save."





What phone number should I use when placing an online order?

When shopping online, you should use the phone number associated with the credit card account you're using to make the purchase. 

Most stores will need your phone number to verify billing information and your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to complete either of these tasks if the store contacts us, and they may cancel your order if you don't provide the correct information.
