How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping rates vary based on a few different factors, such as package dimensions, package weight, etc.

Why don't I see more shipping options (My Incoming Package & Bulk Orders only)?

If you do not see all of the carrier options during checkout, your package is probably over the carrier's weight limit or the carrier is not available in your country. 

If you think your package can be shipped in smaller packaging, you can request a repack via the website.

How do I find my tracking number (My Incoming Package & Bulk Orders only)?

After we ship your package, you will receive a confirmation email. 

This message will include your tracking number, linked to the carrier you chose:


You can also find your tracking number by checking the "My Packages" page of the website.

What if I'm shipping high-value goods?

As a security measure, there will be a 1-week delay before any high-value packages can be released for shipment. This is to protect all of our customers and your valuable items.

If the customs value for any of your items is greater than $2,000, Korean Customs Department requires us to fill out special documents. There is no added cost for this, but shipping/transit times may be delayed until the forms are submitted and reviewed by customs.

How do I pay for my Buy for Me order?

After we confirm your Buy for Me order details, we will change your order status from "Opened" to "Pending." 

Once your order is Pending, navigate to the "Buy for Me Orders" page, select the order(s) you want to pay for, and then click "Add to Cart."

Go to your cart, select the package, and click the "Checkout" button.

If Once the package is in Checkout, you can pay with PayPal, use account credit, or a combination of the two.


If you would instead send us a deposit, it's perfectly fine. We will register the amount you send in our system as Credits and use them when purchasing products for you.


What is your Buy for Me service?

Some Korean suppliers (retailers or manufacturers) will not let you buy their products without a Korean bank account (or a Korean account with payment companies like PayPal). 

In addition, many sales events are opened to residents only. In these cases, we can buy these products for you!

Can you buy from an individual seller (i.e., reseller)?

Yes,  we can order from individual (re)sellers. 

When you submit your request, please provide us with all the details in the Additional Information section. make sure to mention the following details:

(1) Bank name,

(2) Account number,

(3) The seller's name, 

(4) The total cost you agreed on (both product cost and shipping cost for the delivery to our warehouse), and

(5) The seller's phone number so that we can contact him/her. 

Please note that it may be risky. In the case, if the seller cheats and doesn't send the product, we can't be accountable for this.

How do I use your Buy for Me service?

Log into your account and click the "Buy for Me" button. Here, you will be able to see the status of any Buy for Me orders you have already submitted. 

To submit a new Buy for Me order, click "Create New."

Fill out as much information as possible so our Buy for Me specialist will know exactly what to order for you. Click "submit," and we'll get started processing your order!

How do I change or recover my password?

If you're logged in to DELIVERED, click on the "account settings" button.


From there, scroll down until you see the "security settings" section. You will be able to change your password and/or security question and answer by clicking the relevant button.

If you forgot your password, go to delivered.co.kr and click "login" on the upper right part of the page. Then, click the "Forgot password?" link.

Once the page loads, just enter the email address associated with your DELIVERED account, and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.


How do I pay with a combination of PayPal and account credits?

You can pay with PayPal, use account credit, or a combination of the two. To pay with a combination of the two, please enter the sum you'd like to pay with credits and click "Pay with PayPal" button.

You'll be charged the difference between the original cost and the sum of credits you entered.
